Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed and shipped within one working day. Most packages are sent via Royal Mail, and will arrive within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch. If you'd like to receive your order sooner, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange shipment via courier (additional charges will obviously apply).
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products (individual batteries, for example), and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to their size and/or weight. Please contact us for a quote for an international shipment.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with return instructions. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any goods returned without prior notification.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Unless a fault is present, we cannot accept the return of goods made to your specification, in-ear headphones that are no longer sealed, used screen protectors, perishable goods (or goods that by their nature cannot be returned), video, DVD, audio or software products if the item if no longer sealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. This does not affect your statutory rights.
